反光服/高可视性警示服CE认证新标准EN ISO20471:2013的内容

(1)范围:
本标准规定了高可视性警示服的特殊设计要求、颜色、逆反射性能、实验方法及标志。
本标准适用于需要提高作业人员可视性以保障个人安全的各类岗位穿着的职业用高可视性警示服。
根据欧盟委员会的决定,修订高可视性警示服EN471标准并与2013年9月30日正式废止,新的EN ISO20471:2013标准正式实施。从2013年10月1日起,所有根据EN471测试的反光服证书都无效,所有的安全反光服在投放市場前应符合EN ISO20471:2013。

(该标准替换了EN 340:2003)

 

EN471和EN ISO 20471的区别在于,新的EN ISO20471有如下几项新的要求:

清洗周期过后应满足颜色和亮度的要求
耐汗漬色牢度沾色的染色要求將从三級改为最低四級
编制材料的拉伸强度的要求更改为最低100牛。依据IS反光服标识举例O13934-1测试
针织材料的破裂强度要求改为至少100千帕(50平方厘米的测试面积)和最低200千帕(7.3平方厘米的测试面积)-依据ISO 13938-1或ISO13938-2测试
单层或多层服装的物理性能测试,Ret不能大于5平方米帕/瓦特。如果Ret超过5平方米帕/ 瓦特,Rct(符合ISO11092)必須测量并应确定imt ≥0.15
反光材料的各项性能级别没有区分,要求与EN471的二级一样
