升降梯/电梯（lifts）/扶梯/举升机CE认证
我们日常生活工作中接触的一些提升设备，如电梯，升降梯，载货升降设备，升降机，举升机，自动扶梯以及建筑工地提升设备等产品出口欧盟地区都有对应的指令和标准。但是这些产品对应的指令和标准却是不同的。比如电梯对应的是95/16/EC提升指令，自动扶梯对应的2006/42/EC指令，液压和机械方式的举升机属于机械指令附录4。
一. 95/16/EC lifts提升指令范围内产品
1995年6月29日欧洲议会和理事会发布升降梯指令95/16/EC 。要求：提升装置刚性的轨道，倾斜角大于15度，运载人，人或货物，单独货物）人可轻易进入）并有操作装置。
适用范围：本指令适用于在永久性建筑物和施工中使用的升降机，比如电梯，升降梯等
该指令也适用于列入附录Ⅳ中用于这类升降机的安全性部件（ 层门门锁装置；上行超速保护装置（制动器； 防止电梯坠落的装置安全钳
瞬时式 (滚轮和楔块)；渐进式；限速器；缓冲器；蓄能型缓冲器；耗能性缓冲器；管道破裂阀或安全阀 ( 液压电梯安全防滑落装置 )；电气安全控制回路）。
在欧盟成员国范围内，电梯安全部件只有在它们具有CE 标志且附有EC 符合声明的条件下才能投放市场。CE 标志的获得遵照安全部件的EC 型式试验（电梯指令 95/16/EC）；
电梯指令对电梯审核的时候不仅要对电梯整体做型式检验，还需要对重要安全部件做型式检验，比如门锁装置等等
无论是欧盟内部产品还是其他国家的电梯产品，想要在欧盟市场内流通，都必须进行电梯CE认证，是制造商进入欧洲市场的护照。 电梯CE认证（Lift Directive）指令为95/16/EC，主要是针对电梯及电梯安全部件，电梯控制柜为EN12015电磁兼容—辐射和EN12016电磁兼容—抗干扰性，焊接架构焊接质量控制体系为ISO3834、EN729和EN1090；而客梯标准为EN81-1/2。

属于机械指令的都是属于附录四的危险机械，必须要做型式检验（B模式）或者H模式的体系审查，选择哪种模式根据产品的型号个数，个数多了建议做体系审核模式。个数少了建议做B模式。因为B模式是按照型号测试审核，就是每个型号都要测试，型号个数多了价格自然上去。B模式证书有效期5年。
H模式是审查体系，型号多的话提供参数差异即可。只做一个主检型号的测试审核。但需要每年体系审厂。体系模式证书有效期3年。

爬升角度不大于30度，对于爬行高度不大于6米大于0.5米、S不并且的角度可以35度
踏板宽度不小于0.58米，不超过1.1米

5) 装于交通工具上的升降机；
6) 连在机器上并且是专门用于进入车间的升降机；
7) 齿轨和齿轮载车；
8) 施工现场用于升降人员或升降人员与货物的升降机；
9） 提升速度不大于0.15m/s
