美国ANSI/ASSE Z359.1-2007标准

加拿大CSA Standard  Z259.10-12

a).- Full Body Harnesses.  This product line can be certified to CSA Standard Z259.10-12 & ANSI Z359.1-2007.

b).- Positioning Safety Lanyards.  This can be certified to CSA Standard Z259.11-05 & ANSI Z359.1-2007.

c).- Energy Absorbing Lanyards.  This can be certified to CSA Standard Z259.11-05 & ANSI Z359.1-2007.

Factory Tests  for Energy Absorbers

1.- Energy Absorbers: 

(a).- For Products are certified to CSA Standard Z259.11-05 (R2010), only:

• From each 500 units of any given model produced or from any batch produced, whichever is smaller in quantity, at least one unit shall be selected at random. This unit will be subjected to the following factory test:

• For Class ‘E4’ & ‘E6’ energy absorbers or energy absorbing lanyards, the selected unit should be subjected the ambient dry drop test as per clause 5.2.4.1 of Z259.11-05.

Pass/Fail Criteria:

• The Maximum Arrest Force shall not exceed 4.0 kN for Class E4; 6.0 kN for Class E6;
• The Elongation (or Arrest Distance) shall not exceed 1.2 m for Class E4; 1.75 m for Class E6.                                                                                                                

(b).- For Products are certified to US Standard ANSI/ASSE Z359.1-2007, only:

• From each 500 units of any given model produced or from any batch produced, whichever is smaller in quantity, at least one unit shall be selected at random and drop tested in accordance with ANSI/ASSE Z359.1-2007 Standard, Section 4.3.5.2 (Dynamic Performance Testing of Energy Absorbers).

Pass/Fail Criteria:

• The Maximum Arrest Force shall not exceed 900 lbs. (4.0 kN);
• The Elongation (or Arrest Distance) shall not exceed 42 inches (1.067 m). 

(c).- For Products are certified to both CSA Standard Z259.11-05 (R2010) & US Standard ANSI/ASSE Z359.1-2007:

• From each 500 units of any given model produced or from any batch produced, whichever is smaller in quantity, at least one unit shall be selected at random and tested in accordance with either CSA Standard Z259.11-05, Clause 5.2.4.1 (Class E4 requirements) or Section 4.3.5.2 (Dynamic Performance Testing of Energy Absorbers) of ANSI /ASSE Z359.1-2007 due to the testing criteria is identical between these two Standards.
